Dear Guest, please, be aware of the following rules
- Check-in time - 14:00. Check-out time - 12:00.
- Early check-in is available from 06:00 to 14:00.
- Late check-out is from 12:00 to 18:00.
Service is provided only when rooms are available, costing 50% of the room rate. Check-out after 18:00 is the full charge of the night. - When you exit or check-out from Hotel please give your keys to the receptionist.
Receive your key at the Reception upon return.
Lost key fine - 500 rubles - Please call the receptionist 10 min prior to your departure (number #100), so the housemaid can check the room, while you go down to the Reception.
- Smoking is strongly prohibited all over the property. Official place for smoking is located on the balcony of the 3rd floor (in front of the elevator).
Fine for smoking is 5000 rubles - Fitness Center is opened from 07:00 to 22:00.
Guests may freely use gym, swimming pool and table tennis. The center is equipped with Finnish sauna. Visiting sauna is extra charge and requires prior reservation at the reception.
Please, use bathing suits while staying in the swimming pool and sauna at all times. - Café is located on the "0" floor.
Buffet breakfast is served from 07:00 to 10:00 on working days and from 08:00 to 11:00 on weekends.
During a week café works from 07:00 to 21:00.
Business Lunch with choice of three dishes is served on workdays from 12:00 to 16:00.
Evening orders a la carte from 16:00 to 20:30. On the weekend only breakfasts are served. - Drinking water coolers are located in the corridor on each floor.
- You can purchase hot and cold drinks and snacks from the vending machine near the Reception 24/7.
- Tea Room is located on the 4th floor, in front of the elevator. It’s opened 24/7 by a room key. Coffee, tea, cutlery, electric kettle and a microwave are offered for free use.
- In case of damage or staining of hotel property, equipment or interiors guest holds full responsibility and liable for reimbursement of damage cost.
